    Exclude the 3CX installation folder and all sub-folder from being scanned by your Anti-Virus application. Most will scan media files on access creating delay and playback issues. At least that was my problem.

    Before you do launch it (send it my way) you could take a look at screen prints of my SPA3102 setup both in the device and 3CX, and compare to yours. Depending on geographical location there should be differences specific to the land line ring values and such, but all else should be the same...

    Usually External IP issues pertain to STUN Server, is it configured properly in 3CX? DMZ on some routers in my experience is not the best solution, even for testing. Ensure the proper ports are forwarded.
