    SIP provider uses RTP 10000:20000

This will not work, sorry. On 3CX you need to forward destination address: port (public address: port) to local address of 3CX: port, in 1:1 relation -- port 9000 to 9000, 9001 to 9001, ... You need to test it afterwards with 3CX firewall checker. Ports in the range 10000-20000 are source ports...

    3CX <> Panasonic KX-TDE600

With trunk to trunk connection you need DDI numbers (inbound rules) to reach extensions. On 3CX site you may use bridge, this will solve some of the issues (reaching extensions), but will create others (non-sending caller-ID). You may try also registering Panasonic as a gateway to 3CX. To use...

    Video Phones

Not necessary, remote extensions are normally located in Internet or another network, behind NAT. The phone could be into another network, routable on Layer 3, without NAT -- this should not be considered remote one (provisioning may be done on PBX's local address link, eventually with option 66).

    SIP provider uses RTP 10000:20000

You don't need to adjust anything. Provider may use UDP ports 10000-20000 (probably an Asterisk), your 3CX PBX -- 9000-9255. Make sure you have forwarded ports correctly through your router and make sure 3CX firewall checker passes tests.

    Video Phones

From my experience T49G works better if SIP registration is carried on TCP protocol, not UDP. Otherwise will not work if belongs to different network segment from PBX.

    Trunk Status: Busy Here

Because this is defined so by SIP standard. It is a request failure. Refer to: https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3261.txt

Solved 3CX and Cisco 8861 - Provision Unsupported Phone?

This phone can be provisioned by Asterisk, this generally should mean that you must be able to provision it with suitable template.

Installing 3CX on 2008 R2 with DNS Role

In earlier versions -- 11, 12 it was possible and almost recommended to use the Windows server for DHCP for IP phones. Not clear why policy changed now (with versions 14, 15) ?

    Trunk Status: Busy Here

Means that called party is busy. Pretty normal status.

    Wrap up time/delay

You have another problem, not related to wrap-up time. Try to investigate it with wireshark, Wrap-up time is used to manage how long an agent will not receive a new call (ring) after termination of previous, in order agent to prepare for the next call.

Hosted 3cx - Which virtual SBC to allow provisioning of "legacy" phones

SBC can be limited to 5 or 10 phones supported, depending on hardware used. Also not all phones are able to use SBC as a proxy server. Using only routers means less devices, in all cases you need the routers in place plus eventually the additional component -- SBC. So there are pros and cons of...

Hosted 3cx - Which virtual SBC to allow provisioning of "legacy" phones

Alternative solution is to use VPN / Layer 2 tunnel connectivity, which could be provided by some routers (you need to be able to configure them -- both the router in front of the PBX and at remote sites).

    FAX with Grandstream HT701

Yes, you can point a DID to e-mail of any regular extension, so you need enough DIDs only. Not possible to create other fax servers, but you don't need them.

    FAX with Grandstream HT701

Fill-in something strong as a password, I don't think it is used for anything, except security, as hackers theoretically could create another extension 88 and make outbound calls on behalf of your PBX. I recall somebody reported in the forums that was hacked through fax extension 88 (or 888).

    FAX with Grandstream HT701

You can receive fax-to-email by configuring DID to 88. If you want to receive fax on fax machine, connected to HT701 (with fax extensions numbers 55 and 58) you need to configure corresponding DIDs to fax devices 55 and 58. For sending you can use only fax devices 55 and 58, i.e. the fax...

    FAX with Grandstream HT701

You need to create fax extensions, not normal extensions, and register HT-701 as fax extensions. Otherwise operation will not be reliable. Also your provider should support T.38 for fax. In DID rules you select 'send fax to device ...' and select fax extensions.

FREE edition extra gateways / trunks

Another option -- you can still install freely a trial 3CX version 14 with demo key -- it will unlock all functionalities, will have unlimited number of trunks, but will have only 2 simultaneous calls. In case of testing a gateway, as Nicky says above, making it working with V.14 will almost...

Solved How to add call queue external agent in Version 15

Hi Giannos, thanks for reply, but there is some inconsistency or strange behavior of PBX -- when extension is created, by default it is logged into all of queues. This can be observed looking at switchboard. I wasn't able to toggle queue login status from extensions themselves, as these were...
