    Hi We have som yealink phones and would like to use callback function. But when we call back from the phone to a number displayed as +45 instead of 0045 - this is not possible. I have tried with outbound rule but still it is not possible. Does anyone have an idea? Alex

    Hi agein Tried to create outbound rule and set it to Calls to numers with a length of 7-12 (we use 8 in denmark) - But still the redial function does not work. It just displays numer not found, because of the prefix. Any ideas? Alex

    Hey Im facing a problem with the yealink T28. When pressing the RD button (redial) on the phone im not able to set a prefix. We use 0 as prefix and has set it in the myphone aplication. Does anyone know if it is possible because we would like to use this feature on the phones. Alex

    Hi Im facing a problem with the queus. When I call internally it keeps ringing and the timeout is correct. But when I call externally the queu timesouts after 30 seconds and the call gets terminated. Does anyone have an idea to fix this? Alex
