    I wouldnt go as far as to say your are beating a dead horse becuase a phone isnt supported doesnt mean it should/will not work it simply means 3cx will not asssist you with those handsets. With that being said if you are going to use unsupported phones you should be able to support them yourself...

    Have you tried to run this extensions as a direct remote extension? If not try and run as a direct extension to determine if that fixes the issues.

    Have you attempted to change to codec being used at the remote location? That is usually one of the first things I would do when having call qaulity issues on a remote extension.

    You just remove those extensions from ring groups.... If the desired extensions are not in the ring groups external inbound calls will not go to those extensions.....

    Did you change the outbound caller ID for the extensions at the location where the slave pbx resides?

    Youre very likely having a NAT issues most likely resulting from SIP ALG, if you cannot find it to disable I'd suggest you open a ticket with Watch Guard or get with someone who knows the device well as they can assist in disabling SIP ALG for you.

    have you tried 3cx phone in CTI mode? Does that not do what youd like?
