    If you are running the Call Reporting Utility on a different machine than your 3CX Server, you will have to enable postgres for remote communication. Instructions on how to do this is one page one of this thread.

    The database listens on port 5480. 5481 is the port Apache (web server) is listening on. Your INI file should have port 5480.

    But don't give up just yet. There is a big need for 3CX to interface with ERP/CRM systems, and if 3CX wants to tap in to the Enterprise market, this is a necessity.

    Matt, you're having trouble with your desk phone indications as well? I missed that in your post... I can't tell you what our desk phones are doing. I had a couple phones setup but when I switched to using the auto-provisioning in 3CX, my BLF indicators got wiped out (not too happy about that).
