  1. No outbound calls

I get Test1 reachability test ... resolved public IP: XX.XXX.XXX.27 (i masked this, it DOES show my actual public IP address) Test2 one on one port forwarding FAILED... no response received or port mapping is closed. firewall check failed, this configuration is not supported.
  2. No outbound calls

Thanks for the reply, yes public IP is set correctly and my inbound calls work, my big issue is that I can't get 3CX to pass the firewall checker Test 2, one to one forwarding. I change the port forwarding in my router from 5060 to say 5070, I change the port in 3CX Settings -> Network, reboot...
  3. No outbound calls

Running 3CX V14 with SP3. system has been working fine until yesterday AM, outbound calls fail with "internal server error" I found no obvious issues on my end and firewall checker still passes all tests. Contacted my SIP trunk provider and they say they see the invite from my system but they...
  4. IP Phone Selection

The Yealink phones have worked excellent for me, T20P's and T38G's
  5. 3cx caller ID area code auto masking

That I don't know, I think it might be useful for someone with multiple locations but other than that?
  6. 3cx caller ID area code auto masking

I can't answer to the "legality" of such a plan BUT my personal opinion is that it is a terrible idea. We get lots of cold calls from companies spoofing their caller ID, so many that we now do a reverse lookup or call back the number on many of them, if it's fake they go on our hate list...
  7. Issue importing DIDs into 3cx

Someone recently had a similar issue importing extensions, another user pointed out that the file MUST be save as a DOS CSV file. In Excel do a file, save as, and select CSV (MS-DOS) as the Save as type. I have no idea if that is the issue or not but it's worth a try
  8. desk phone and mobile phone

I have my mobile client set up as a separate extension ie: My desk phone = 123 My mobile client =223 then I can set my desk phone to forward to 223 when set to out of office. So when I'm out of the office someone calls my extension number (123) my mobile client ext. (223) rings. When I return...
  9. Extension Import Error

I know what you mean the commas are just the delimiter and it seems like it should work, maybe try populating the empty fields with a zero or something??
  10. Extension Import Error

If you adjust the width of the columns in the above post you'll see that the commas correspond to "empty" or null fields like FirstName, LastName etc. just guessing here as I've never tried importing extensions myself.
  11. Extension Import Error

try opening it with notepad or notepad++ (my favorite) you'll see 'em. I'm not positive but maybe it just doesn't like too see any null values in the file?
  12. 3CXPhone Logo

Yep, the app is FREE...I paid 30 Grand for my truck and the manufacturers logo is all over it, just sayin'
  13. Which Event Log Messages are Important?

Did you see this list? http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/list-of-events-generated-by-3cx-phone-system/
  14. Cannot reprovision phones properly

Ok, in the management console double click the extension in question, then click the phone provisioning tab. Just below the provisioning tab you should see the two phones that are associated with the extension. click on the one you want to remove and delete the MAC Address and the model field...
  15. Search for number that calls us

open the log and press Ctrl F and type the number in the search box?
  16. Please help with suggestions - voip service

I have been with Nexvortex for a couple of years now, They have had some issues on Monday and Tuesday, looks like it is all corrected now. This is the first time I have had any issues with them at all, I look at it like any other utility, sometimes things happen. We once lost POTS phone service...
  17. pasword for yealink phone

Yes username remains admin , why the password is not working is beyond me, all of mine work.
  18. pasword for yealink phone

Log in to the 3CX system manager, click phones, double click the phone in question and click on the phone provisioning tab. Phone web page password is the third one down, click on the three little asterisk button to the right of the field and the password will be visible.
  19. T23P support

I would expect the T20P template would work for starters...Looks just like a T20P with an extra line key
  20. Some clarity on BLF

I agree with Leejor, The presence information screen on the PC is the way to go. I met with a little "resistance" on this at first but once they get used to it they really do like it.
