    Can you upload the Server activity log and Server event log after trying to make a internal call. First you need to fix internal calls on the SPA509G

    If you change your outbound rule that the rule tries to call with the other provider first. Still the same ring tone? If its still the same its 3CX if it changes the ring tone its your provider. ;) Let me know.

    Hello, I have the same problem. We have an Patton 4554. We have 2 ISDN lines and 1 GSM Gateway. The GSM Gateway is connected on the Patton. Calling the mobile number works perfect. Only for outbound calls we can't tell 3CX or the Patton to go over de GSM Gateway. Someone have a solution for this?

    I tested Internal calls. They are showed in 3CX Myphone. Also external calls that i picked up are in 3CX Myphone. We never use out of office or away. Don't have office hours. The call qeue transfers the call to mobile phones after 15 sec. Maby that is the problem.

    It's not a ringgroup. It's a call queue 801. We have a ringgroup but don't use it because we use a queue.
