BLF/Xfer the SP1 , SP2 etc However, we are having issues with the BLF light not functining correctly. Sometimes the light stays lit until the phone reboots or sometimes the light does not light up at all even when a call is parked.

I like your idea of calls being forwarded to the SP's. However I do not see that option in the forwarding rules of the extension.
