  1. Teams Dial plan problems

Well, what we have done has fixed it, as would yours... but, as a techie, it doesn't satisfy me that there is a problem somewhere and I would like to get to the bottom of it, even we do have a workaround!
  2. Teams Dial plan problems

    Sorry, thought I was clearer: I cannot 100% confirm this What I dial in Teams --- What I see in Teams Activity Log --- What I see as outbound from 3CX to SIP in Packet capture: 078xxxx ---- +4478xxxx --- 78xxxx 004478xxxx --- +4478xxxx -- 78xxx +4478xxx -- +4478xxx -- 78xxx +44078xxx --...
  3. Teams Dial plan problems

The only teams voice rules were created by the script from 3CX. I've confirmed in the tester that it works and converts 078xxx to e164 fine. I didn't want to change these settings in 3CX when sip clients work without issue as I thought I may fix it for teams, but then break it for them...
  4. Microsoft Teams Direct Routing - here to stay!

Yeah - I can't actually remember the last time I joined a phone meeting... probably before COVID. Literally just using the Teams to 3CX pretty much as a SIP client for the office number and not a lot else - this was (and is!) the perfect go between. Other than my issue in the dial plan thread...
  5. Microsoft Teams Direct Routing - here to stay!

To the people who say "If they can pay for teams, they can pay for 16sc" or similar, again, fully understand and enterprise is more than acceptable for a requirement, but, we support over 100 clients with 90% being under 10 seats. A lot of our clients are actually coming to ask and asking about...
  6. Teams Dial plan problems

Hi @Sparky Bear - So, I 100% understand about outbound rules in 3CX, but, I believe the issue is either within the 3CX to Teams integration component, or, my hunch is that this is actually a problem within Teams itself - but, I'm not experienced enough to understand why. Basically, you are...
  7. Microsoft Teams Direct Routing - here to stay!

Hi Nick, Other than the separate post I made where I'm trying to sort out a dial plan, it works so well! We are seeing so many people wanting Teams Voice these days, 3CX with Teams is a really good middle ground. It's completely understandable, but, it will be a real shame.
  8. Teams Dial plan problems

Hi all, We have done our first 3CX to Teams integration and it has gone relatively well thanks to resources here, but, I've got one problem that I just can't seem to understand or diagnose where the fault is. Basically, (We are in the UK) if you take a mobile number of 078xxxxxxxx and dial it...
  9. Microsoft Teams Direct Routing - here to stay!

Enterprise - 100% fine/justified, but, please not a minimum of 16! I've had a bunch of small business clients (<10 staff) convert from other providers that were on Teams to 3CX based on this feature (we've just done one and planning the rest), If this is going to be 16 minimum, we will...
  10. Does 3CX block fax in free edition?

Hi Lee, What type of trunking are you using? My own from my master SBC, AFAIK, it fully supports faxes. What type of ATA are you using? None, I first tried using 3CX fax, before I realised it is only in the pay edition, not in the 4/standard free or 2/pro free.... I couldn't see anything in...
  11. Does 3CX block fax in free edition?

Hi I have a t.38 compliant trunk, and a client on V14 free with the pro key for 2SC. I know that even though it is a pro free edition that faxes wouldn't work, however, I have attempted to setup various sip compliant softphones that support faxes and none of them seem to answer successfully or...
  12. DST on v14?

Any idea how to configure parameters on 14 cloud? I have a tenant who has phones all an hour out... At the moment, I am thinking of just hard coding it in the provisioning template, but, seems rather annoying...
  13. Cloud V12 Slow Extension Editing

Hi I did without much luck - the server had been on over a year and I noticed that various 3CX processes were at very high CPU/Memory. I just gave the server a restart and it is back to normal. Sorry for bothering! I guess the real answer is to upgrade... William
  14. Cloud V12 Slow Extension Editing

Hi I realise that this is a little old now, so, not expecting any sort of official support - but, I have a few clients on V12 cloud and over the past week, it has become slower and slower. In fact, on one instance, clicking on an extension just brings the spinning circle and nothing changes...
  15. Multiple 3rd party extensions with same authentication IDs?

Re: Multiple 3rd party extensions with same authentication I Yep, two different providers that have the same authentication ID. I have spoken to both service providers and they have stated that they can't change it. As it is for only two calls, I set one of the lines up on a separate VM in a...
  16. Multiple 3rd party extensions with same authentication IDs?

Hi I have a handful of SIP accounts from different providers and I used to have them all terminate on a single phone. I thought it would be nicer if I make them all terminate on my 3CX so that I can get a few more features and just neaten it up a little. I added two of them as sip lines fine...
  17. 3CX Wallboard Multiple Queues

Bumping to say, I have seen this blog: http://phonevoip.co.nz/nzs-largest-3cx-ip-pbx-installation/ and I was wondering if anyone else has managed to do it or if there is a quick run through without having to spend hours customising the code?
  18. Log incoming call statistics

Hi Is there any plans to have better call centre reporting in the future? The main application has improved so much in recent releases, but, the reporting seems to have stood still for some time now :( William
  19. Call to extension?

Hi I have been looking for a while and can't seem to find a "call to extension" type feature. It seems that there is the cool looking, but really over complicated "call by name feature", but, it seems to be lacking this... or am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks, William
  20. Bar code scanner for MAC addresses, entry

I do this! It saves so much time. They cost anywhere from £20 to £1000+, I find that the cheap ones can work, but are rather hit or miss... I use a wireless one that cost around £300 and is excellent. You plug it in via USB and it basically just acts as a keyboard, so, put your cursor to the...
