    Thanks for your reply. I know ho to create a pickup key. That is not exactly what I want. When there is a caller waiting in a queue (call hasn't been answered), there should be a indicator at the phone. That indicator could be a red blf/dss key.

    Create a extension in 'Away' mode. Forward this extension to a external number. In our situation I created several 'mobile extensions' and put them in a queue. De IVR is forwarded to this queue. The one with 24/7 duty is 'logged on' to this queue (others are logged off).

    There is a bug in v12 sp3 where transfers between queue's ended up in a active silent line. The caller is active in a queue but no agent is polled.
