    Hello YiannisH_3CX, I tried by using provisioning and it workd. Looking at the difference I saw why: what Snom calls "Account" is actually the extension. I got confused because I use German UI and there it is called "Nutzerkennung" where I did not translate it to "Extension". Thanks Norbert
