  1. Disable Allow outbound calls on this line not working

Changing the port scheduling schema to rr:1-7 should work as it will exclude port 8 from the round robin. You can try prefixing the number in 3CX's outbound rules with 99 followed by the port on the 4108 you want the call to go to. So 992 will send the call to port 2 on the 4108
  2. Replacing Aastra phonesystem by 3cx

As far as I am aware the SB4+ is a SIP/DECT base station. I haven't used Aastra handsets for a while but as you know any SIP handset should work with 3CX
  3. Different outgoing DID numbers

I'm not familiar with the Cisco phones but I assume you can backup the config and then restore after a reboot/reprovision or put the config file into the provisioning folder on the 3CX server
  4. Replacing Aastra phonesystem by 3cx

Office 45, 135 and 160 are proprietary digital handsets and only work with Aastra systems. The rest are SIP/DECT SIP handsets and should work. I have used Aastra SIP DECT with 3CX in the past with good results but I believe they are unsupported. Have you seen this...
  5. Aastra DECT/IP + Aastra 142d with 3CX ?

In theory any SIP handset whether fixed or DECT will work with 3CX. Its advisable to use supported handsets where possible however I have had good results with Aastra SIP DECT handsets. They have a better range than most and voice quality is good
  6. Aastra DECT/IP + Aastra 142d with 3CX ?

You double posted this one! See the original for response on all the models
  7. Touch Tone Response

In that case try checking In Audio, RFC2833 and SIP Info on the HT286. I don't know which method your ITSP supports so try all three. They don't seem to support RFC2833 so try the others. In any case a wireshark trace should tell you whats going on :)
  8. Digital Receptionist over the 3cx Bridge

3CX systems either side of a bridge cannot 'see' extensions, ring groups, queues on a bridged system. Ideally set up extensions on each system starting with different numbers for example 2xx on system 1 and 3xx on system 2. To dial extensions on the remote system you will need to set up an...
  9. Touch Tone Response

leejor is right of course! I'd kinda assumed you're using SIP trunks but if you're using a PSTN gateway then do as he suggests :)
  10. Touch Tone Response

Have you set Send DTMF to via RTP (RFC2833)?
  11. Inbound caller id reformat

My SIP provider delivers calls in the format +441234567890 where 44 is the UK country code, 1234 the area code and the rest the number. I need to reformat inbound calls so they arrive on the handset in the format 01234567890 to match with the company phone book and screen pop for outlook. I've...
