    By not stopping the 3Cx PhoneSystem service but letting it stop with the database server appears to work. Will monitor (I don't want to keep stopping and starting the server as people may want to make phone calls). Andy

    Who services your outside lines? Are they Voip or traditional? We had a similar problem with the DTMF tone not being passed from the gateway and the PBX. Changing the codecs resolved the issue. Andy

    We found the Grandstream GXP2000 even with latest firmware had poor sound quality. We upgraded to SNOM 320/360 and QoS much improved.
