  1. Paging Issue

    Occasionally, my paging function, extension 800 get put on park inadvertently. I haven't determined if its a case of fat fingering or something else. I've looked to see if there is someway to disable 800 from being put on park, but haven't found a valid solution. Does anyone have any advice?
  2. Page Group keeps being "parked"

    Occasionally our 800 page ring group will get stuck on a phone (yealink 46t). Is there anyway to resolve this so it's not an option for this to be put on hold or "stuck" in the outbound calls? I have to manually go into the 3CX console and close the call.

    Yeah I have an 2N Helios IP door phone. That is dialing an extension which is going to "BellCommander" software which I want to have dial a "Notification" to trigger an affect over my Paging system. Thanks for your help! I'll have to keep digging.

    I have a door phone that will dial an extension when a button is pressed. I need that phone upon pick up to dial 3 digits and # to trigger an alert in the system is there someway to set this up easily?
