    I managed to get to the Admin console and I found that it actually forwards to Voicemail. I would prefer if the call was redirected back to me or to whoever transfers it rather than being connected to voicemail if the extension is busy. I can't see such option though. Forwarding to extension...

    Thanks LeonidasG but this is exactly how my extension is set up. As to my OS it's XPpro but I doubt it's of any help. I use soft client v. 7.0.4526.0 which is not the most recent one but it new enough to have this kind of problems sorted so again don't think this is where the problem lies. yaro
