    Make it possible to react to a specific message by selecting a like, done, ok, waiting, etc. we are currently able to react, but only to the follow-up of the conversation and not to a specific message. This feature is very useful in group messages.

    Unregistered Extensionshould not appear on queues switchborad on webclient or Windows phone app. This make some confusions to the queue administrator, that see a lot of agents login on the queue but they are anuvailable becasuse they are unregistered.
