    By default anyway *62 is log in *63 is log out When you log in - you are logged into all queues you are a member of.

    I believe the group name is eating your caller ID name Go to general/global options un-check Add Queue, Group and ID names to Caller ID and retest.

    They are all remote phones - just seems to be with the cisco phones we have a yealink that's not doing this, new version 12 install err upgrade from 11, nothing in the logs other than extension registered.

    Can you hide caller ID in the presence window like you could in ver 11? Cant' seem to find it.

    On v12 SP6 using a Cisco SPA514G with latest template and 7.55 Firmware The Answer button on incomming call and Hold, transfer, mute speaker are all grey'd out while on an active call Any suggestions?
