    Well, it just started working again. I did not regenerate keys, but maybe it took some time for the paid account to take effect. The free account says it included 5K calls per month and I know we are not using that many, so not sure why it would stop working unless there was some other issue...

    I upgraded to paid account and it still is not working, but I did not regenerate keys. I guess I will try to regenerate keys and see if that fixes it.

    It seems to have stopped working on multiple instances for us. The Azure health dashboard does not show any issues.

    Not sure about using the name "Messages" on the main screen. Users are going to confuse it with voicemail messages since most do not even know that 3CX has chat functionality (all our clients use other services for chat/IM).

    Need the below as soon as possible. This was not working in previous releases and now after we upgraded all our instances the beeping happens every 10 minutes! Allow to disable voicemail warning tone: features.voice_mail_tone_enable

    We received a bunch a calls from clients stating that push has stopped working on there iPhones. We initially thought it was an issue with iOS 12. But, after reviewing the logs, it looks like the Apple push certificate has expired. The problem is that there is no new certificate available...

    We do the same thing. We have separate trunks for each location so we can send the proper E911 number to the SIP trunk provider. We still have an issue with multiple phones on the same extension (one in office and one at remote home office) as we have no way to distinguish between the phones.

    Craig is right. If you just set up the prefix key they you have to hit a lot of keys to do the transfer. We have clients that want this and we have to either set up manually on the phone or create a custom template. Would love to see this added as an option for BLF configuration on the extension.
