    Thanks YiannisH, I did do that and they reported no issues, then suddenly 2 days later it started working OK again with no changes to the system. So it works now but no idea why it stopped working, I do find that V15 does do quirky things that V14 never did.

    I have noticed since upgrading from V14 to V15 in the Call logs you get calls being logged from certain extensions to either 0 or IVR. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be, one of the extensions is a system extension but other are not. See log below. Phones are yealink. Does anyone...

    Thanks craig, when I get a chance I will try that, for now I have reverted back to v14. There were about 15 extensions with this error so will setup a test machine and try the upgrade again and try your suggestion to see if that resolves the issue.
