    Lets say I dont use MS Access and I want to read and PARSE the log file myself. Is this an option? I'd like to provide all of my users a display of who is on a call and for how long and who they are talking to. Also to be able to review the call logs for specific dats and times.

Install hamachi from http://www.hamachi.cc From home I've installed hamachi and in a few minutes created a vpn You can now use the soft phone to connect to the 3cx server and make/receive calls.     Yes that seems to work, although if I'm dialing out on to a external number and there is no answer while another call is ringing and I hang up then it does not ring until the next call is coming in.
