    Did as prescribed. In 3CX | Phones extension still shows as UNPROVISIONED. In 3CX | Users, extension is shown as ACTIVE/green. Tried dialing inbound from cell phone to line, phone sits there / no activity.

    I got this fixed. The coded URLs inside the phones > provisioning tab are incorrect. I used an IP scanner to find the phone IP's and then connect with a web browser, and entering username and password.
