We have a client that would like to have VM for a extension where it plays a message, but does not want to allow the caller to actually leave a VM message. The message would say something like "please send a email to [email protected]" as a example. Thanks Lawrence

The problem is that you do not see the files on the 3cx backup display. You need to go to the QNAP unit and get it from there. If i backup to google as a example, it shows the backup files in the 3cx backup console and i do not have to go to google to get them.

We have had great luck with the Yealink DECT phones

I looked at that, but it connects to write the files to the qnap unit, it just does not read the file directory back into the backup directory in the 3cx console

We have kept it simple with no special characters and the standard ports. It will save the backup file, but as you see above, it does not show the files

We want to back up our clients to a Qnap unit in our off site hosting site that is running ftp. It is backing up no problem, but under backup and restore on the 3cx system it does not show the files that were backed up every day. Are we missing something Backup and Restore Location Backup...
