  1. Participant link?

Perhaps this is a WebClient question, but after creating a video conference and downloading the .ics, we find that people accidently share the host link they find in the Web Client for that meeting. Because... people are people and they don't understand the nuances of technology. Is there an...
  2. Solved Click2Meet batch change settings

I'm not certain what quick links I'm losing. Can you expand on that? My goal is to provide them their ../meet/firstlast room without having to go through the 3CX Web Client to start those meetings.
  3. Solved Click2Meet batch change settings

Is there ANY way to change settings on all Extensions/Users for Click2Meet? I just need to change the "Requires you to connect to meeting first" to Notify instead.
  4. Solved Enterprise roadmap

    Fair enough.
  5. Solved Enterprise roadmap

Is there any sort of roadmap for Enterprise enhancements? Understandably due to COVID a lot of attention has been on video conferencing. However, we're at a point where we're questioning if there's really any value in the Enterprise licensing. My particular interest is in a focus on...
  6. Forum Now Requires Partner/Customer Account

As an enterprise customer, I applaud this. Though the confirmation process could use some serious grammar love.
  7. Webmeeting audio issues

@rgruber I've posted on this topic as well, as it's easily the biggest shortcoming of 3CX compared to any other video conferencing platform. I say this so you know you're not alone. I also am happy to hear 3CX acknowledge the issue finally.
  8. Solved Two of me?

I mean I was shown as both my normal feed in the corner and as a participant on my screen. This has happened to various members of our leadership team and three of our IT department members had the same thing happen. In a two-person meeting, one or the other of us always was seeing double...
  9. Solved Two of me?

Our users are recently experiencing two video 'feeds' of themselves: One in the corner as expected and now one as a participant. Why?
  10. Audio randomly drop. Only fix is to rejoin meeting

Interesting. I'm not sure I've had to re-select a device, but definitely had issues that mute/unmute fixes. I'll test this as well.
  11. Call-in audio vs. computer audio

So the ONLY thing that makes sense is that the webmeeting bridge is the issue.
  12. Call-in audio vs. computer audio

I just called into a meeting from my cell phone and I can hear someone on phone-only (from their PBX deskphone) crystal clear. Anyone's voice on the webmeeting sounds awful. Like they're talking through a tunnel. If I join via computer audio, I hear everyone perfectly. So what would cause...
  13. Call-in audio vs. computer audio

Both seem to have the same experience. Our internal extensions on the same LAN as the PBX and mobile phones calling in via the trunk.
  14. Call-in audio vs. computer audio

I'm not finding an article to answer this, but how are the System > General codecs priorities weighed against the extension codecs? I'll probably find this as soon as I post. There's no easy way to reorder all extension codecs.
  15. Call-in audio vs. computer audio

So... even though my Yealink phones support Opus (T46S mainly), 3CX doesn't have that as an option in the templates. Because I exclusively use custom phone templates, I'm wondering if I can update the template to include the Opus payload. Right now though, phones are set to match my trunk...
  16. Call-in audio vs. computer audio

I hear what you're saying, and we're not using OPUS end-to-end. But I'm not sure transcoding should make it sound like you're talking through a kazoo. I can try to tweak codecs... seems like there was a reason I hadn't moved to OPUS yet.
  17. Call-in audio vs. computer audio

What might be the reason that those calling in (either internal or external) have HORRIBLE audio quality hearing computer users? Everyone can hear the callers fine, even other callers. Computer users can hear everyone fine. But callers can't understand computer users. What might I do to help?
  18. Ongoing audio issues

A side note: People calling in by phone have a HORRIBLE experience.
  19. Ongoing audio issues

We've had generally better results overall by making all ours "stability". Not great, but better. I would LOVE the option to set this at the administrator level as the default.
  20. Ongoing audio issues

John, I think that's a fair point as I'm not always the organizer so I don't think to have people do it. I'll test that as we see issues and try to report back here if it changed things. Is there any way from an organizational level to set Stability as the default for all new meetings?
