    We are using the Enterprise version and the mail service was running fine until something changed. 12/21 is what one use said that it stopped at. In either case, I get a no such host error when trying a custom or built in 3CX SMTP server.

    Recently, the ability to send reports has failed on 2 separate systems. We were originally set using our own server but it is now selected for the 3CX server. When I hit the test button, the response is "No such host is known" We are on the paid version. Please advise what the issue may be...

    I am in the Eastern time zone as well, about 50 Fanvil X5Gs. What's seems weird is the X5S is not effected. Would love a system fix for this (or phone firmware) rather than a template and reprovision.

    Thanks for everyone's replies. The template solution is a good band aid but it sure would be good to have a proper fix from 3CX.

    Thanks for replying. I have not changed anything in the stock phone templates and it worked last year. These happen to be Fanvil X5Gs. I found a parameter to Enable DST and restarted services but didmn't make a difference.

    Good morning, I think I've checked everything but my phones have not switched over to DST. I've checked the DST parameters, made sure the dates were correct and made sure DST was enabled. The system time is correct on the PC as is the domain. What have I missed?
