    I run my 3cx pbx in hyper-v as well. One thing I always do is keep a fixed Mac ID. You can do that in the network adapter settings in hyperv. 3cx goes off that Mac ID I know for sure.

    You need to run secure firewall not the pbx as DMZ. That means you only let Flowroute Ip's come into your pbx.

    I would also like to add 3CX is much more stable for me, in V15, I was thinking my instabilities was related to all calls being recorded. I use to restart the server nightly because of issues. Now with V15 I don't have to its working much better. Cheers!
