    We're using Windows 10 and Chrome. We us Chrome in Incognito mode to avoid cookie / session issues. About 1/4 of the time screen sharing will not work. It says its sharing but no one gets the stream. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Processing a call doesn't really take much horsepower. Are you talking about a technical limit based on hardware? Nothing to worry about there - even basic hardware will be able to handle 16. Demand starts to kick in with call recording, reporting, transcoding in addition to calls.
