  1. Polycom 550 - 0x4020 Error

I got a used Polycom 550 and I'm trying to get it setup. I'm not getting a 0x4020 error on the phone. I'm running the Debian version of 3CX (v15). I seen the steps to setup a Polycom 550 and to copy the support files, but the instructions are for a Windows server based 3CX...
  2. Dynamic IP Red on Dashboard

I recently had to change my router and in the process my public IP address changed. I have a dynamic IP and it is setup that way in 3CX. My IP is showing as Dynamic and in red on the dashboard. Is that normal or is there a problem?
  3. 3XC with Tomato Router - Port 9000

I'm using the Linux version of 3CX v15, loaded with the downloadable ISO. And running the firewall test from a Macbook.
  4. 3XC with Tomato Router - Port 9000

Well...tried to flash a different version of Tomato into the router and bricked it. Swapped it out for a Linksys WRT120N. Setup all the port forwarding and the Firewall checker bombed big time. Had to put the server IP into the DMZ to get the tests to even pass. Now my 9000-9500 port fail...
  5. 3XC with Tomato Router - Port 9000

I've only tried with the Tomato router so far.
  6. 3XC with Tomato Router - Port 9000

I get even more failures if I setup the basic port forwarding. I get the most success with the machine in the DMZ.
  7. 3XC with Tomato Router - Port 9000

I'm running a Linksys router with Tomato loaded on it. I have all of the port forwarding setup and I put my 3CX IP in the DMZ, but when I run the Firewall Checker, port 9000 always fails. 9001 - 9255 all pass, it's just 9000 that fails. All other tests also pass. Everything seems to be...
  8. RTP Stream - Remote 3CX Server

If you have SIP trunks setup with your 3CX server, once the call path is built, is the RTP stream direct to the SIP provider over the internet connection where the 3CX user is at or does the RTP stream come from to the 3CX user from the 3CX server/site?
  9. Multiple Instance Installation for Debian?

Is there a multiple instance installation for Debian or just for Windows? I'm new to 3CX and all I found for the multiple instance install is a Windows install. http://www.3cx.com/docs/virtual-pbx-installation/ I downloaded the packaged Debian install, but don't get the option during the...
