Thankyou for the feedback. Initially we were unsure of the mp3 versions of prompts and changed to wav. It sounded like 3CX would decode the entire mp3 and play it having a small delay, whereas a WAV would play immediately. Maybe they are cached now. It looks like in the most recent version...
