Simple work around in the meantime is to double down on the volume key as you would if you'd like to silence a normal call. Although this does not produce the decline and forward to vmail option as requested, it will silence the extremely loud ringtone and allow the call to continue through...

This is also a problem when using the client and your deskphone. If a call is answered on your deskphone missed call shows on your 3cx client app for your smart phone and vice versa.

If this could be tied into the Agent Status I.E. Available, Lunch, Out of Office, etc. this would be great. There are already options listed under the agent status as change status to "available after X hours/minutes" adding a simple check box like this would be very beneficial.
