    Hi I have setup a 3CX Phone System hosted on an OVH VPS, with 4 Yealink T26P and 1 Yealink W52P phones on a remote site using SBC. When trying to access the phonebook on the phone they get an error saying that the phonebook has failed to download. Anyone any ideas?

    I've managed to get it to regsiter. I just took a backup of the config file in .txt format from the Fanvil X4 that the analogue bell is going to be used for, made a few manaul changes to the IP Address etc. then imported it into the ATA. After having a quick look I can't see what has changed...

    We've been using the Fanvil X4 Phone on a few installs recently and I've found them to be easy to provision and not had any issues so far. So thought I'd try the Fanvil ATA, its only for an analogue bell that will be rung very infrequently so thought I'd give it a go.

    Thanks for the replies. The LAN to LAN VPN is between two Draytek Routers, they are on different subnets but I can ping the SBC from the second site, the phone arrives today so I will just try setting it up using the SBC, any issues and I'll have to set it up as STUN.

    It's not an issue was just curious as to whether the next call would be made while a call was still in use. I've changed my CFD slightly, I now increase the counter by 1 in the dialer as the call is made instead of after the call has finished.
