    hi, if i swap the phones over. the linksys works on any extension, but the snom will not work on any of them. It is like the 3cx system does not recognise the keytones when entering the pin number.. Clutching at staws now lol .

    I am using a snom 320 phone and a linksys spa921 phone. When i try to access my voicemail on the snom 320, it will not accept the pin number, but it accepts the extension number fine. It works with the linksys no problem. Do i have to configure the snom`s keypad for 3cx.

    I currently operate an office with 3 extensions in a ring group. I set the the ring timeout to 15 secs .It rings each extension looking for an answer for 15 secs, then there is a 50 second delay before it searches the first extension again for an answer. Is there a setting to adjust this...
