    Just to review, these are the two calls in question: Clicking the "X" did not disconnect the calls. So, restarting the Database Server service will accomplish this?

    Odd. I uninstalled all of the C++ redistributables and reinstalled - no luck. Was pulling my hair out and finally tried the .NET, works like a charm since then. Hasn't happened on any other machines. I'll keep an eye out.

    I am having issues with the Windows softphone application launching after I upgrade to v15. The installation goes off without a hitch, the application will run one time after the installation and then after a user closes the application or logs off their machine, the program will not launch.
