    Thank you Jason, I have a request from a customer to at least have it do nothing. What would you propose? They fit into the multiple business entities under one 3CX umbrella scenario. Would creating a extension that doesn't have a phone registered to it work?

    When a caller dials an extension and it goes to the users voicemail, there is the option of pressing the asterisk (*) to get to the operator. Two questions, (1), is there anyway to disable this, and (2), how can I change who the operator is in version 15? Thanks.
