    So what you are saying is PBX b will kick in once the upgrade begins since a will be taken offline. But you still didn’t answer the question once A has been upgraded will I need to manually upgrade b or will it get upgraded from the scheduled restore.

    I did the syslog. And from what it looks like the from says unknown. What's interesting is the phone company is broadcasting the Caller ID Information, as I connected back my traditional phone and made a test call, and was broadcasting the caller ID Information. I'm still at a loss here
