    I found the solution: it was the incorrect FXO Termination line config on Grandstream. I don't know how it's related, but after I set " Polarity Reversal " & " Call Supervision " to NO, I started hearing early media and ringing tone. Thank you for pointing me in right direction! ;)

    no, it's on different LAN. I put the system behind a Cisco firewall. But this ip range is routable ( it's on 10.x.x.x/8 ip network range). and all ports are open between these both networks. there're no messages about any blacklisted IP in Activity logs.

  20. Solved configure 3CX trunk for sipgate.de

    I've just found a workaround for this and want to share this with you! I changed "P-Preferred Identity : User Part" value from "OutboundCallerID" to "OutboundLineID" and this did the trick :-)
