The difference here is that when the client installed the new web app, they only got requested to add the microphone, since there is no camera. So manually going and allowing it even though a camera doesn't exist fixed it. On a large deployment that's definitely going to create alot of friction

Yeah thats what I would figure, but the iso I grabbed just installs debian, it says 3CX on the boot loader, I hit install (twice now) and once its up I have KDE with a GUI, and then have to manually add the repo's for 3cx and then install 3cxpbx I grabbed it from my partner downloads section.

Okay thanks, mine is the same setup, I will factory reset the phones , they are sitting in the SBC , maybe I need to restart the SBC after I bounced the 3cx server? So it should work with that off - I will troubleshoot knowing thats the case!

Understood , but turning off that TLS1.2 doesn't do anything then? I was under the impression from the thread with Nick while is an unsecured method (tls1.1) you could register devices that way, but that does not seem to be the case at all.
