    I'm personally using windows client and with this option ticked I face the same issue, Earlier today I was typing away, hit enter and answered a call. Some of my users are using plugin however and I don't see any options for answering behaviour or focus.

    yes, my users are using a mix of plugin and client also and I can't see this option on the plugin, settings there are very limited. I think the majority of users are finding the issue are using the plugin.

    I see your thinking, it's skipping the rest of the extension and using the first digit to go to that option. So if the extension starts with a 1 and is 111 it's going straight to option 1, not sure why I didn't think of that before. Is there any way to get around this?
