    When transferring via the web client, you are given the option to transfer to voicemail even if the extension you are transferring to has voicemail disabled. Choosing this option will only result in disconnecting the call so this should not be an option if the extension has voicemail disabled...

    This has failed on every phone we've tried to upgrade. We don't see the actual .rom file, only the patch. When you try to install the patch (through 3CX or through the device) it rejects the file immediately and reboots the phone. Any suggestions?

  8. Can't Pick up Calls from Headset

    Make sure the phone is in headset mode. We are using a C052 headset along with the EHS36 and it works perfectly. The EHS is connected to the EXT port of the phone.
