    Thank you @YiannishH_3CX! "Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID" was exactly what I was looking for. Issue is solved setting it to "Do not add", because our users don't need to see all the path of an incoming call.

    Yes I get audible ring on any type of call. The maximum accepted length of the From: display name part seems to be 40 characters, both for Gigaset AS160 and Gigaset AS180. When 40 characters are exceeded, there is no audible ring on the handset, but the handset is still showing the caller ID...
