    Hi, I figured this out in the end - it transpired to be a NAT issue with the one of the other systems and my PBX was trying to route to the other systems internal IP. Perhaps showing somewhere what the IP is would have been helpful. Thanks.

    Actually - I think I see what the issue is now. The user ID and pin number needs to be entered when it asks for http loginuser, which it seems to do only for a short time after reboot. After a short time, it goes to asking for account and registrar, which doesn't work.

    Hi Yiannis, I thought that was the whole point of adding the mac address when provisioning the phone in the admin portal? Ideally, the phones would be shipped direct to the remote office and then someone local can give me the mac address. The phones then get the provisioning URL via DHCP. Leon
