    +1 We have lines coming in on queues from 2 different areas that need individual welcome message (this is OK) and individual MOH. We advertise our services in the MOH and these are different for the 2 areas.

    Completely agree with zensystems 4 requirements above. Our 3CX is also in a call centre and as a bare minimum, we need Auto-Answer to play a sound before dropping a call into an agents ear.

  5. Implemented feature request - force call recordings

    This is an extremely important function in our Call Centre. We cannot entrust agents to not intentionally or accidentally turn off recording.
