“System Extensions” not being registered

    I am having trouble with some of the “System Extensions” not being registered. This morning the Conference, IVR & FAX extensions were all down. This has happened on several occasions.

    I've looked threw the Windows Event log and I can not find anything that might indicate what happened.

    Anyone have a guess?

    Did you also look through the 3CX log?

    Contacted user - it seems that since user moved from Hyper V to Physical machine the problem disappeared.
    This shows that probably the hyper V loopback interface crashed and the virtual machine lost Network connectivity until windows or HV detected the problem and restarted the tcp stack.
