0 Extensions Up

    I am having issues with our phones. If the entire system worked great and then overnight all of our phones stopped working. If I go to my dashboard right now, it says that there are 0/17 extensions up and 1/1 trunks is up. We have a few different models of handsets but most of them are GXP2120s. I can make a direct IP call between the phones but we cannot make standard internal calls, we cannot receive any incoming calls (people get a busy signal if they try to call in), and we cannot make outgoing calls either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    have you checked to make sure you are not blacklisted?

    Get an IP address off of one of the phones and try to ping it from the 3CX server.

    Are the sets on the same LAN as the server, or remote?

    Have you checked the 3CX Activity Log for any errors?
