    hello miss im Muhammad Ansair Ansari im having one problem i have cloud running in my company i have 45 cisco phone running but when i go to to my cloud and click provision link its not downloading the file can you help me out link is below

    Please note that posting complete provisioning links in public forums is not recommended so try to avoid it next time.
    Regarding your issue please note that Cisco devices are not supported for remote provisioning as they do not support https provisioning and the 3CX web server does not accept http connections from remote devices for security reasons.
    As you can see in the following guide these devices can only be provisioned locally.
