1.0.23 iPhone app drops if calls put on HOLD

    Hello everybody !

    Does anywone had this kind of problem with the iPhone´s app ?
    When you receive an internal extension call, it goes smoothly but If you want to put this call on hold or transfer it,thru the iPhone, when press HOLD or TRANSFER, the iPhone simply drop the app off and unregister the iPhone extension from the server. The other party (the call receiver) stays in the connected state, like as in a hold call.
    Whem the situation is oposite, I mean, when the iPhone generates the call, the extension HOLD and TRANSFER works normally.
    One more situation, if a extension calls the iPhone and the caller wants to put the iPhone´s in HOLD or TRANSFER states, the caller extension thinks that the iPhone is listen to the HOLD music but in the truth, the app was shut off and the iPhone extension are out from the system, but the Caller´s softphone still shows the call in CONNECTED state. When we return to the call is the moment that we notice that the call with the iPhone extension is gone.

    There´s some way to fix this issue ?

    Do you use a 3CX PBX?
    Can you make a wireshark pcap from one of this calls?

    Do you need a wireshark or is the problem resolved.
    I have the same problem on my Ipad maybe I can help to test.
    Using a 3CX PBX
