    Hello ,
I have configured a Patton smatnode 4114 as voip Gateway to PSTN, I followed the 3CX wizrd and I got the config file that I load it to my patton:
    - The patton is registred , in the sip trunks I can see the green bullet beside the name of the Gateway
    - I am able to receive calls to the extension defined in the 3CX but I can make call to the external PSTN through my extension, eventhough I have defined an outband rules

    Hello @Belhocine Mustapha

As a first step make sure that the outbound rules are configured correctly and that they match the call you are trying to make.
Also make sure that you are dialling the number in the correct format.
Check the activity log of the PBX for any errors that might indicate the reason the calls are failing.

What firmware version is your Patton running? Make sure that you are running the supported one.
You could also run a wireshark capture to determine where the error is coming from.
