Solved 15.5 SP2 Won't Update

    I have been trying to update our system to the latest version (15.5 SP2), but when I click "Download Selected", and I accept the warning that says services will be stopped during the update, etc, it then takes me back to the 3CX login page and doesn't apply the update.

    I've tried this several times since the update was released.

    Any idea what might be causing this? All other updates are up-to-date in 3CX.

    In the process of testing the "Auto Update" feature. Will post results.

    Okay, 3CX server rebooted, but the Update is still sitting there waiting to be installed. How can I check the current version in the 3CX console?

    Okay, just ran a manual backup (which shows the Version), and it's still 15.5.3849.1.

    Please let me know how I can either manually install SP2, or diagnose why it's not installing.

    windows or linux?

    if linux, can you run apt-get update. Do you get any other errors?
    Which repo do you use? cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/3cxpbx.list

    Linux, but looks like our company director got it upgraded over the weekend.

    Thanks for the advice anyway :)
