    If there is only one matching user, the IVR plays “Please hold while I transfer your call” and redirects the call to the chosen extension.

    This Call-By-Name information is slightly outdated. As of 15.5 SP5, the Self-Identification message is ONLY played to a caller if there is more than one match.

    Additionally, if there is ONLY one match, the caller is transferred immediately to that extension. They will no longer hear the "Please hold while I transfer your call" before the transfer.

    NOTE: When the call is transferred, it will follow the extension's Forwarding Rules based on Internal or External call and Profile Status.
