2 NEW Issues on existing V14 system.

    Hello

    DTMF tones just stopped working. Unable to retrieve voicemail from Yealink T46G phone. Light is on but after hitting VM button, unable to enter password.

    2nd Issue, Inbound caller cannot hear the 3CX user.

    1. Nothing changed on network
    2. Firewall checker came back clean
    3. Reboot physical server
    4. Speedtest 50 down 11 up
    5. Phones rebooted too

    Not sure why it would work for over a year then suddenly flake out.

    Please try next steps:
    1. Reboot the phone and try again
    2. Reset the phone to factory default, re-provisioning it and try again

    Please note that V14 is no longer supported as mentioned here, so i would first upgrade to V15.5 and see if you can replicate your issue there.

    Hello Yiannish,
    Customer is afraid to upgrade because of other things working now that will not work after upgrade. We ran into issues before such as call forwarding from phones that require a custom template to correct then you will not support then anyways

    Reboot and re-provision does not work. It has to be something global as all extensions are experiencing the same issue.

    Do you see any error (or concerning) messages in the Activity logs? Have you tried retrieving voicemails from devices other than Yealink sets (ATA using an analogue set, or 3CX client)?

    If you call another extension, then press some number keys, does the other end hear DTMF?

    Is the PBX local to the sets?

    Is it just external calls experiencing the one way audio? Do you just have the one trunk group? Gateway, SIP?
