2 x problems with 3cx on mobile phone

    we have a couple of problems with 3cx when using mobile phones.

    we have 6 users with mobile phones so i dont think its the phones.

    1) the phone only rings once when theres an incoming call

    2) we sometimes have to press the record call button to be able to speak / hear

    we have the pro version

    Hi there,

    Can you let us know how did you provision these phones using the welcome email or manually ? Furthermore when you are saying that it only rings once ? Is the phone on the background (i.e. push is being used ) ?

    hello,
    mobile phones (iphones and samsungs) were provisioned by the welcome email.

    push notifications are enabled.

    i have noticed that in the Extension Status, it says the phones are registered.

    but when i look in Phone Provisioning, it says that the 3cx Push Service / Extention Number are UNPROVISIONISED where the mac address shoud be.

    should i switch on 'Use 3CX Tunnel when Out of office" ?
